1. Lunge/ Lunge w bell/ Lung around room

2. Lunge rows/ Push-up rows/ Upright rows

3. Kbell swing progression

4. Sit up, sit up w/ two hands on bell or two bells, sit up to stand

5. Squats, squat w bell, squats w db bell or press
