1. twist and shout-- abs twist :)
2. I knew you were trouble-- 8 count alternate skiier and squats
3. i want you BACK 4 w/ 4 count: swimmer, swimmer, pushup, plank-rotation
4. I want you BACK 8 count for double bridge, 4 count for single leg bridge, rock and roll 4 count
5. lean on- 8 counts-- side shuffle and squats
6. my body- ladder (on own) jumping jacks alternating with horizontal jacks (alternative knee to elbow)
7. get it on- ladder (on own) lunges and dead lifts
8. everyday- ladder (on own) ab crunches, bicycle, and cherry pickers
9. thunder- jj on the word "thunder" burpee on "thunderstruck"
11. superstition- ladder as a group-- leg circles and arm circles-- both sides
12. can't touch this-- mt. climber and presses- slow 8 count
13. cool down :)
